Rather than analyzing or fixing, we attune to your body’s natural rhythms and explore what’s ready to be seen, felt, and released. With my guidance, we listen to subtle cues from your nervous system, inner parts, and energy body.
No two sessions are the same. Together, we meet what wants to be seen, held, or released.

Each 1:1 session is intuitive, collaborative, and tailored to your needs. We may explore:
Somatic inquiry & inner parts dialogue (IFS-informed)
Breathwork and nervous system regulation practices
Embodiment tools for grounding, connection, and emotional flow
Gentle movement and body awareness techniques
Space to process emotions in a supportive, non-judgmental container
Reiki or energetic sensing to support balance and release
You’re always in charge of the pace. Consent, co-regulation, and emotional safety are central to everything I do.
