  • These sessions are for anyone navigating:

    • Emotional overwhelm, disconnection, or numbness

    • Patterns of hyper-independence or difficulty in relationships

    • A desire for deeper self-trust and embodied intimacy

    • The impact of past trauma and the longing for integration

    You don’t have to do this alone. Healing happens in relationship—with ourselves, with others, and with the present moment.

  • Each 1-to-1 session is tailored to your needs and may include:

    • Somatic inquiry & guided exploration

    • Breathwork and nervous system regulation techniques

    • Embodiment practices to foster safety & connection

    • Gentle movement and body awareness exercises

    • Space to process emotions in a supportive container

  • Sliding Scale & Volunteer Sessions

    As I continue my studies in Embodied Intimacy & Somatic Healing, I am offering sessions at a discounted rate and have a limited number of volunteer sessions for those in financial hardship. These will be selected on a case-by-case basis.
