Four exercises to get your life force energy in motion.

Clench your hands into fists and lift your shoulders to ears squeeze 15-30 seconds.

Release squeeze, open your hands and spread fingers, drop shoulders and open up your chest. See how relaxed your body can feel.

Repeat 3-5x.

To finish, come to standing position, feet shoulder width apart, relax shoulders, plant feet firmly on ground.

Close eyes or soften your gaze.

Bring palms of hands to rest on opposite shoulders and gently stroke downwards from shoulder to elbow for 1-3 minutes.

Stand up and shake out your whole body.

As you are shaking, inhale through the hose and then exhale making a brrr sound with your lips

Repeat 3-5x.

Move to a wall, stand arms length way from the wall. Lean your body forward, arms outstretched, palms flat gain the wall.

Push wall as if you are trying to push it over, push as hard as your can for 15-30 seconds.

Repeat 3-5x.

Take a moment to pause and just tune into your body and how you’re feeling.

Be curious with the sensations and movement of energy.
