Each 1:1 session is intuitive, collaborative, and guided by your body’s pace.
We begin with conversation, naming what’s alive for you. From there, we explore how patterns live in your body — through sensation, breath, and awareness. As you learn to feel these patterns in real time, space opens for new choices, deeper self-trust, and embodied healing.

Together, we track sensations—tightness, bracing, numbness, trembling—where the root of old patterns reside.
Through gentle practices (breath, movement, awareness), you learn to feel these patterns in real time.

I offer sessions in packages of six sessions — not randomly, but by design.
Six sessions create a full therapeutic arc: a sacred container that begins with intention and culminates in integration.
It’s long enough for real transformation to unfold, but contained enough for you to stay focused, embodied, and present to the shifts.Within this arc, we move through three natural phases:
Intention — We clarify what your body, heart, or work is asking for, listening deeply to what wants to emerge.
Exploration — We meet the layers: shame, desire, protection, pleasure, story. This is where patterns reveal themselves and the body begins to trust.
Integration — We ground the insights into lived experience — how you move, create, love, and relate. This is where you start to feel your growth, not just think it.
Six sessions allow the nervous system to open, reorganize, and stabilize — the sweet spot where change doesn’t just happen; it lands.
